「This home was perfect for our family - it is on a quiet street and is convenient to all of our favorite STL spots. We also appreciated being able to walk to a local coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is a classic Dogtown home but with nice updates. The living space was open and functional for our family. Finally, we appreciated Tommy’s responsiveness. My only caveat would be that if mobility is an issue or if you have small kids to bathe, the small bathrooms could be hard to navigate...

「 We had a great time here, perfect for entertaining adults and kids. The house was thoughtfully organized with activities for all and wonderfully decorated. It was nice being close to north loop and catching a show at the Pageant! Will definitely stay here again」

「Location is great. Both bedrooms great. Beds comfortable. Pull out in living room not big enough for 2 people and not very comfortable. 」

「We were in for a family get together and learning about family history. Location is good to get most anywhere in the area without much difficulty. During our stay there was an excessive heat warning but both units stayed cool - folks in upstairs unit from area not used to that kind of heat and they were okay. Only odd thing was access to the upper unit is through the lower unit, but wasn't an issue for us. I would definitely stay there again. 」

「The house was exactly as advertised, very clean, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. You could easily walk to many places in Forest Park such as the zoo or art museum and many other local restaurants. 」

「Communication was great, house fit our needs really well, lots of TVs for end-of-day relaxing, and in walking distance of the Zoo, some great bakeries, and a fantastic small sushi place.」

「In town for Thanksgiving w family whose houses were all filled. Hotels ridiculously expensive and found this place online. It was terrific, and exceeded expectations. Well located on a quiet street near Forest Park and Wash U for walks and runs. Starbucks maybe 150 yards away. Bedrooms have their own TVs and beds were very good. Kitchen is large and well supplied.
