"I booked the room 2 days before and was promised two beds. First night I was there he said my reservation doesn’t exist I showed him that I paid and showed the itinerary to him he disagreed. Finally gave me a room claiming it’s the only one and the room was freezing I go back to him and he said the heat doesn’t work I’ll switch your room in the morning and I had no where to go it was 4am. "🌟BITTU IS THE STAR HERE!! Any issues I have she always worked them out. She's very pleasant she gives GReat customer service. Without her I don't think the place will be what it is. When I was here I stayed in room 117 which I just left. In the first time I stayed at room 106 or 107. She was always being helpful"

"The rooms need some updates. There is mold in the room and the door has too much light that comes through, not flush. Can hear every little peep above, on each side of the room, and when people walk by. Floors coming up."
