Hello travellers ! I Welcome you to your stylish and modern 4BR apartment one of the best addresses in Malta. With stunning sea views and a prime location just steps away from the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for your Maltese adventure.

Upon entering this fantastic home, you are welcomed by a large living area with sofas and TV and a dining area which could easily accommodate 7 guests. Also included is a indoor reading spot with sofas to just enjoy the view in calamity.

Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with a fridge, oven, and all the essentials to create mouthwatering meals. Whether it's a quick snack or a gourmet feast, this kitchen is perfect for both shorter and longer stays.

Living area| Relax in the inviting living area, featuring a cozy sofa and a Smart TV connected to the internet, providing access to popular streaming services like Netflix and YouTube. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, and step out onto the private balcony for a breath of fresh air.

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, the 1st Bedroom is a double bedroom which is also an ensuite, the other with another double bed, and the last bedroom offers a single bed.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide are of the highest quality.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite, and the other is accessible from the living area.

Also included is a guest toilet.

Lift is available in the common parts.

Sliema is well-connected by public transport, making it convenient for travelers to navigate the area. The local bus service provides regular routes to popular destinations across the island, including Valletta, Mdina, and St. Julian's. Simply hop on a bus from one of the numerous bus stops in Sliema and embark on your adventure.

If you prefer a more scenic mode of transportation, consider taking a ferry from Sliema Ferries Terminal. The ferry service offers picturesque rides to Valletta, allowing you to enjoy stunning views of the Grand Harbor. It's a delightful way to reach the capital city and explore its historical sites, charming streets, and cultural attractions.

For those who prefer driving, Sliema has car rental services available for convenient exploration of Malta at your own pace. However, please note that parking in Sliema can be challenging due to limited spaces and high demand.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

9. No additional guests who is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

Had a few issues

We didn't stay at the above property due to an issue with flooding , which was a bit stressful as we were enroute from Airport. But luckily we were offered alternatives from the Company and the apartment was fine that was provided. Lovely area and would recommend Malta / Sliema as a destination.Would go back
