“Comfortable beds clean rooms. Good breakfast”

“Hotel needs major updating. 3rd Floor---hallway feels like you might fall through---not sure if the hallway was flooded and the wood is rotting below, but feels very unstable as you walk over, very concerning. You can literally see the unevenness in the floor. Needs a prompt and thorough inspection. Found one small roach in the room on our last day. Walls are thin, can hear the neighboring room. Elevator is a little slow. Gym was out of water, seems dated as well. Front desk staff was very……

After waiting for awhile longer to check-in, I was told that the only working ice machine was on the first floor (the other two were not working). Also the vending machines were broken but they did have drinks you could buy at the desk. However they were twice the cost as drinks from the vending machines.
