「It's a good hotel, hardwarewise. But, the service is extremely poor. First of all, we checked in on a Sunday and noticed the TV was not working. We asked for help but the front office lady tried very hard to have it tuned but replied that all the management staff were on leave on Sunday, so the TV problems cannot be solved.
