「The lobby was welcoming. There was coffee and tea available as well as fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean but felt dated. The bed was really uncomfortable.」

「Air conditioner didn't work & hotel gave no compensation other than an offer of points towards future stays, tiles were detaching from the shower wall and silicone patch job on another section of tile (i.e. rather than fixing the tile properly), toilet had brown dirt/build up in the bowl, & window didn't lock at all. I'll definitely pay more to stay elsewhere next time. Also, there is no wheelchair access for entering the hotel and there's no elevator.」

「Beautiful views and lovely hosts! Breakfast was delicious and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Lovely and relaxing. Only challenge (not the hosts fault at all!) I hadn’t rented a car so taxi was pricey even though it was only 10 minutes from town. Recommend a car rental in Smithers… it will be cheaper than taking a cab!」
