This ground floor was easy to get to. The lanai over looks the ocean and you can sit there and watch the surfers. The unit doesn't have AC but there is always a breeze. Across the street is a fabulous bakery. It is a convenient location and easy to get to anywhere."

In addition, he did not charge us anything for the extra time we were in the unit."
