“ Excellent stay! The location was perfect, in a great Capitol Hill neighborhood and less than a 15-minute walk to the U.S. Capitol Building. The free parking was a huge plus, and the property was comfortable and convenient for exploring Washington, D.C. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Great location. Easy metro and uber rides to things not walkable with a 2 year old. The place was extremely clean. The host answered questions promptly and we requested a baby gate for the stairs and he brought one to the property within the half hour. Just a great experience and would definitely stay here again.”

“excellent, beyond expectations.”

“I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay in D.C.. The property was the perfect selection for our family and the host was beyond helpful. She helped to keep me from getting a parking ticket due to street cleaning and offered some detergent instead of purchasing a jug of our own. The parking pass came in handy. We felt at home and our son loved every aspect of the trip. The location put us a short walk from The Capitol and the neighborhood is welcoming. We will absolutely stay here again when……

“Perfect location and amazing property”

“Very welcoming hosts for my relatives visiting from Japan. Very responsive to questions I had. Would definitely rent this property again!”

“The Inn at Dupont Circle is a cozy, historical row house that is a stone's throw from the Dupont Circle Metro. It is situated in the cutest, lively neighborhood with tons of interesting locally owned eating establishments. There are 6 bedrooms, the two on the top floor sleep up to 4 people while the other 4 bedrooms have queen beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with an updated shower with excellent water pressure and hot water. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV and fireplace as……

“Clean, modern, cozy space. Access to the convention center is perfect! Great restaurants in the area. Easy access to the metro ”

“The place was safe and secure, quiet and really clean! Comfy also....nice comfy bed, hot shower and the location was close to TONS of eating/drinking....Maxwells wine bar, Ghost Burger, Lost and Found bar, great coffee places withinn walking --Joy coffee house. We will book again here, my brother was a 10 minute walk from us, so convenient!!”

“This property was great for our group and in a great location! Very clean and accommodating!”

“Overall, this is a great one bedroom affordable option close to convention center. I was by myself for business so wasn’t in the apt much over my 3-night stay. I never received check-in instructions until I called and asked, but someone did pick up and was very responsive. Check-in after that was easy. The apt felt safe and was very clean. This is in the heart of the city and right off a busy street so there was some light pouring into the bedroom and street chatter and noise at night, but……

“Overall good place to stay, proximate to my job. Great communication. Helpful.there was old doors slamming and heavy footfalls from above, it eventually stops. The streaming app was super slow, likely isp? Again, overall pleasant enough, though.”

“We wanted to be in DC for America’s 250th Birthday Celebration. I saw the posting & it was just what we needed for our stay. The pictures of the outside of the building are inaccurate. This is row houses not a shiney modern building. There was a strong sewer order throughout the apartment which made sleeping difficult. Holiday weekend so maintenance was “unavailable”. The weather was extremely hot but I wouldn’t have missed this for the world! ”

“The room was very clean & there were plenty of shops & restaurants close by. Overall a great place to stay. ”
