「Very well run hotel -- but I fell the marketing is a bit bait and switch. I was surprised to see that my room overlooked a parking lot with a pool in it. What happened to the affinity pool and pickleball courts? You actually have to walk across a 4 lane (not too busy) street to get their. Most people take a golf cart - but I didn't have time. Hate this kind of marketing.」

「This is a large hotel with a small area for breakfast access. The hot food is done well. Some of the other choices need improvement. Lines were long. 」

「The staff is outstanding! Everyone is friendly, processional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Whatever you need is provided. We were very pleased.」

「If I could rate this in negative stars I would. It smelled like an animal died in our room (like an actual decaying animal) and was never cleaned out. Staff was not present or available to complain to. Had to leave the room 4 hours before checkout. Woke up to asthma and a rash. Refused to refund after complaining. 」

「Parking was safe. We did run out of shower gel and the pool water was cold. Other than that.... everything else was terrific.」
