Loved the kitchen - very well stocked, ample seating in the living area and the decor was beach done right! Bedrooms and the bathrooms were nicely done with the exception of the corner shower in the master, it was pretty tight. Overall, location was close to beach access and the pool, the home had everything we needed and more1

Perfect location

Love the house and all of the amenities. The location to the clubhouse, pool, and beach access were perfect. The pictures on this house do not do it justice. It was impeccably clean, and had most of what we needed. Perfect size for two small families vacationing together.

Fantastic house!!!

This house had everything you could think of for a week family vacation. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was great for our blended family of 6. The house is very spacious and offers privacy for all. The house is in a very nice neighborhood and offered all the amenities we desire. We were not disappointed at all, very impressed. We highly recommend it.

Great beach house

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. Boca North was a great house - really close to the beach access and community pool. The house was clean and well furnished. Pretty views of the ocean from the deck. Topsail beach is a nice beach. We hope we'll get to visit again.
