Amazing property

This gives new meaning to beach front! This house sits very close to the beach, which was lovely. The house was clean and well maintained. Zero complaints, I would highly recommend this property for your beach vacation.

Fabulous Stay in Topsail, NC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 18 adults and 5 kids. This place was fabulously stocked in the kitchen. Everyone had a great time and we plan to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved this property! Plenty of rooms in the spectacular home with lovely views of the beach! The beach was steps away and we spent many hours playing in the surf. The kitchen was stocked well; very important to us because we cooked every day. Landmark was extremely responsive to all our questions and very easy to work with. Our home was spotless and well maintained. N. Topsail is a little quieter that the rest of the Island, we had a short drive to shops and restaurants but it made for a very uncrowded beach which was perfect for us. 100% would recommend this as a beautiful place to spend a memorable vacation.

Perfect Home for an awesome vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just returned from a week in the home and had an amazing time with family. Everything was exceptional! the view is unmatched from any room and being on the porch watching the dolphins play was like being in the water with them!! Well stocked, comfortable beds and the living room area couches and chairs were SO comfortable! Highly recommend putting this home at the top of your list to come and enjoy all it has to offer. Sunrise and Sunset views were just amazing and with the great kitchen with double appliances, meals were a snap! The elevator was a life saver as we had some older family members. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice, and overall the location is very private and quiet since not on the main road. The rental company was very professional and extremely responsive. Overall, Stop looking at other properties, you won't find any that compare! We will definitely be coming back, so you better book your stay now while there is time!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was nice and new, so overall the stay was good. The beach was very very nice. But, for a high-end rental we didn't expect some of the misc inconveniences. A water closet door that wouldn't close because the toilet blocked it. Several bathrooms had NO rods or hooks to hang your wet towels on - really, a bathroom with NOTHING to hang a towel on!! The bunk rooms had no dressers or shelves to put anything on or in and no TV. A keurig was listed but none there. No gate from the pool deck to the walkway to the beach, you had to go down and up an extra set of steps first. Adding unnecessary stairs was hard on our seniors.We also noticed several builder shortcuts that should have been caught during final punch out.The house was clearly built to flip. Hopefully, the new owners will correct at least some of the convenience issues.
