Perch your family at Pelican Palms! This nicely furnished contemporary beach home offers comfortable style and a quiet locale in North Topsail Beach with views stretching from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway! Modern kitchen with stainless appliances, eat-at bar as well as dining table for your family meals, a welcoming great room, 4 bedrooms designed for comfort, and last but certainly not least views from sunrise until sunset and beyond from inside or one of 4 deck spaces outside! And, the beach is only about 500 steps away!

Amazing Location

House is located within walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay, waking up with an ocean and bay view. Great spot to stay for some fun in the sun!

Relaxing and restful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here at Topsail beach. This house was very nice. It was very tastefully decorated, well maintained and just a short walking distance to the beach. This was our first experience renting a house vs staying in a hotel at the beach. We loved having the extra space, playing games in the evening and just relaxing at home when it rained. Even though, the house appeared clean, the floors were very dirty. The bottoms of my feet were black after walking barefoot in the house , not outside, after only about an hour or so. One more thing to note, the house was modern and up to date and while the furnishings in the house were very nice, the mattresses were not very comfortable. Overall, I think a few things need to be addressed such as the house vent cover on the 2nd floor was dirty. the kitchen sink faucet was loose and potato bugs would enter in the downstairs main entrance during the aught. We would find them in the morning. Even after these.few minor inconveniences, we would definitely stay here again. The beach was wonderful and our stay was super relaxing.
