“I was not satisfied. First night in, it rained really bad, there was sprinkler leaking that was above the stairs. I fell down those steps with my baby in my arms!!!! The apartment is nice, but it definitely needs some TLC! There was no blender, no dish soap or dish rags. The bathroom in the room with the balcony needs some work; there was paint peeling from the ceiling. It kinda grossed me out. ”

“I was trying to handle this matter privately however I was told that the property manager would get back with me. Here we are 30 days later and still no follow up. First things first : the pictures of this property are very deceiving. The property is on a busy street. We had to walk behind the property to get to our room. Not enough adequate lighting at night. “ 0 stars is more accurate. The property is at Trace Midtown however, “Global Luxury Suites” advertising on Expedia rents out several units from Trace. They say there is a 24 hr concierge available for your needs. However, the concierge works for Trace and will tell you that you need to contact Global luxury and they can’t help you. If you call GLS no one answers. Checking in took 3 hours and no one knew how to do anything since they don’t work for GLS. When we got to our unit it was not even……

"We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. The hotel is quiet, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. What truly made this stay special was the thoughtfulness of the staff. Prior to arrival, I had mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday. When we checked in, we were genuinely touched to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake along with a handwritten card from the hotel team. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated. Every interaction we had with the staff felt warm, professional, and sincere. This hotel is not only an excellent choice for business travel, but also perfect for families or special occasions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
