Our refund got denied through our insurance we bought. I contacted Matt, shortly after contacting him he stated that he understood and would refund us the full amount. "The stay was okay. The bed was fine but the pillows were as thin as toilet paper and you only get 4 of them. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Our room was not replenished with new towels nor the bed made/trash taken out. The light fixtures, nightstands and bed blanket were dirty with smudges/fingerprints and stained. Both the room window and bathroom window could not lock. We did not try the breakfast. Outside of the motel is outdated and would benefit from being renovated or some paint."
