“This was my family’s second time at this property. It works well for our family because it’s so clean, it is well stocked, right on the river, and only 10 min from town. An easy way to get a forest get away while still getting takeout so mom doesn’t have to cook! It’s very dog friendly so we get to bring our pups with us, which we always love.”

To our great surprise, the house was stocked with everything we needed. The house is located on Lake Sammamish and central for our travels. Would definitely recommend and will stay again the next time we are visiting from Missouri.”

“The house had plenty of space for us and our dog and the beds were comfortable, the view out the front window was lovely (fruit tree in bloom with flowers around it, plus the school across the street with children playing on the playground), and the backyard was wonderful. The kitchen could have used microwave proof and oven proof cookware, but we improvised.”

“Large 1 bedroom, comfortable living area. Owner very responsive to any and all of our inquiries. It was a little difficult getting to the 2nd floor with a bad knee, but do-able. Nice neighborhood, and very close to the interstate.”

“The house was large enough for our group with two table options (kitchen and dining room) where we could all eat together which is something I look for when renting a house since we could most meals. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary tools to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The communication with the owners was great and their response to an issue that arose was quickly addressed.”

“We had such an amazing time in Seattle and Alex was such a great host. We’re from farther down south and having a space up north while we got what we wanted done was super convenient. He responded quickly to any questions we had and was super flexible with us which helped make our trip run a lot smoother. The space was super clean and spotless and everything worked well. We felt very comfortable like we were at home, definitely better than a hotel.”

The property itself is clean, well maintained and is set up nicely to encourage time together but has plenty of space to have down time as needed.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The house we rented was great for our needs. It was clean and we loved having a kitchen. We decided not to rent a car and one of the reasons we picked this house was how close it was to the train station. It was perfect! It was less than a 5 minute walk to the train and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go in Seattle.”

“The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”
