Rest assured that our home is 100% disinfected between guests, personally, by the owners. Socially Distant / private location with no thru streets. Property is conveniently located off SR 9. Minutes to WA-522 and I-405. 2 Miles N of Downtown Woodinville and 8 Miles S of Snohomish. Pet friendly.

Brand new remodeled 110 year old house. 1100 sq/ft house that was originally built in the early 1900’s. A complete remodel from the frame up. Very private location with no thru streets.

Kitchen has everything you need to cook at home or bring in take out. Dedicated fiber High speed wireless. Property is super convenient right off SR 9. Minutes to WA-522 and I-405. 2 Miles N of Downtown Woodinville and 8 Miles south of Snohomish. One Hour away from Stevens pass (direct hwy access). Pet friendly (we love our dogs!) and we have 6 Acres including Little Bear Creek you are welcome to wander around. We welcome people from all backgrounds.

Free Coffee! Included with your stay is a variety of Keurig coffee pods. Also included is shampoo, hair conditioner and body soap, laundry soap, and dish-soap.

Super friendly hosts that also live on the Six acre property (separate house 3 acres away) that includes Little Bear Creek stream, barn/stables and 3 acres of undeveloped forest and wetlands.

A charming property with laundry, full kitchen, comfortable beds and living area and an excellent hot tub area. There was a little bit of trouble with the water pressure but the owners fixed it pretty quickly once we contacted them. Overall, I would stay here again!

Beautiful home, clean and exactly as describes. The owners were extremely communicative (in a good way) and checked in on us each day to see if there was anything we needed. Great location and beautifully appointed home

We competed in a dog event in Monroe and needed a larger space than a hotel provides. We messaged with the owner before booking and were allowed to bring our 3 well behaved show dogs. It’s a quiet property and everything is as described. The home is extremely clean and has everything we needed. While the yard is fenced it’s short in a couple areas and our larger dogs need more of a fence to contain them. With the road nearby we just walked them and there was plenty of space to walk. Neighborhood is very safe. The road noise was canceled out by the provided noise machines. Lots of wineries and great restaurants close by. Wish we could have stayed longer.

After a long day out and about it was nice to be able to come back to a quiet area where we could just let loose and be ourselves! We took full advantage of the amenities the hot tub was a fave for us all! The stocked kitchen was also a great bonus! And last but not least the beds were amazing!
