“Really enjoyed our stay. Having the deck overlooking the bay was our favorite and definitely worth staying here again. I would have gave this place 5 stars across the board except for one thing. When we arrived i noticed light brown globules on the shower seat and realized it was shampoo or body wash which i easily wiped off. Cleary wasn't cleaned and so for that i gave it 3 stars. Otherwise loved it. Very friendly next door neighbors, and quiet location.”

“This property was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The enclosed balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean. The beachfront access is fantastic. However, the windows are really dirty so it’s challenging to see out of them - you have to open the windows and view through the screens. The door was very difficult to open. It requires a key (not a code/electronic lock). You have to figure out how to finagle the key in the lock to get the lock to turn. Even then, you have to pull up on the door……

“Great location allowing easy access to beach/food/activities and convention center. Spacious and comfortable! Dishwasher was not working but was promptly fixed which we greatly appreciated. Furnishings need to be updated due to lack of common amenities such as: nightstands, working dresser drawers and adequately stocked kitchen. Also- only 1 tv for 3 bedrooms. Overall, a great property that could use some attention but we would rent it again!”

“This condo was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was equipped. It has 2 full bathrooms. Three beds, one sofa bed. Cable tv. Great location, beautifully decorated. The thermostat being in 72 all the time was an issue for us since the back bdrm was hot. The floor was a bit sandy when we arrived. However, it wasn't a big deal, we're at the beach! The vacasa team was helpful and polite. The condo is a gem. We loved it and we're planning to come back!”

“Location of this condo was great however it was very dirty when we arrived. Moldy half eaten food was beside and around all couches in the family room. Shower curtain in master bath was very moldy. Shelves in both bathrooms were very dirty. Cupboards were so dirty we had to remove all dishes and glasses and clean them out. Dryer did not work very well, it took 3 cycles to get the clothes/towels dry. All board games have most of the pieces missing. The only good thing about this condo was it’s……

“Very attractive and roomy unit. Toilets need updated and shower rod and curtain in shared bathroom needs replaced. Someone didn’t let the keys in lockbox so we had to wait to be let in. Didn’t have to wait long. Found the keys later inside. Maybe change to a keypad entrance to resolve future problems. Short walk to beach which is nice. Would stay there again. ”
