Please note the fireplace in this unit is not functionable for the 2024 & 2025 season. Stonebridge Condominiums Unit 610 is a deluxe corner unit with 2 bedrooms, a Den and 3 Bathrooms. This unit features a sought after wood burning fireplace, Washer/Dryer, deluxe furnishings, and fully equipped kitchen. Bedding consists of a King in the first bedroom, 2 Queens in the 2nd bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the den and living room areas. An accordion style door separates the den and living room for an additional private sleeping area. There is a balcony with gas grill over looking Base Village. Professionally managed by a local Snowmass team.
Pet Friendly unit. Pet Friendly units require our Pet Policies Agreement to be signed by the guest. There is an additional charge of a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee and $50 per night charge.

Because summer temperatures usually drop significantly during the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts are not equipped with air conditioning including the Stonebridge Condominiums. Fans are provided for your comfort.
