“The overall experience was good. However, the shuttle from the hotel to the airport (GRU) was terrible. 1) The driver did not bother asking if the passengers needed help to load their baggages on the bus/ 2) As there were no functional straps to tie the baggages where they were allocated, they were sliding on the bus until my dad tied the existent straps on his own/ 3) The driver was driving recklessly since the baggages / 4) The driver did not stop at the appropriate ”

O restaurante também foi ótimo, um prato maior que a na maioria dos hotéis, além de ter um sabor de tempero caseiro e fresco. Além do motorista do translado muito respeitoso e o s. Francisco (recepção), atendimentos nota 10!”
