「The hotel itself is very nice, but getting there is somewhat harrowing. The entry is a crazy, almost straight down drop! Kind of scary, but not nearly as frightening as getting back out. Fortunately the street at the entry is not busy. After not driving a manual transmission for several years, I stalled it out once! If you aren't going in and out a lot (or not driving yourself), it is a wonderful affordable place.」

「The beach front bungalow was beautiful, quiet and so handy to the beach. Unfortunately the snorkeling gear is unfit for purpose, both sets leaked and snorkel itself needs to be thrown out. Buffet dinner was terrible and definitely not worth the cost . I’d recommend going elsewhere. Breakfast on the other hand was excellent. 「The photos on the web site make these rooms look a tad bigger than what they are. These would be great for a student or a traveler with not too much luggage. We of course had two weeks worth of luggage (gotta bring snorkel gear, booze, etc), and after an 8 hour flight my wife was not having it. Wasn’t told we needed dinner reservations so we didn’t have dinner there the first night. Many guests had that complaint. The property is beautiful but the staff lied to us and many guests about check in. It would have been better to just tell us the truth. We could have made better use of the time.」
