Stunned at how great this stay was! The check-in experience was smooth, even though I’d made last-minute changes and requests, and the room was clean and comfortable. The town was packed due to the once annual Trinity Site event, but the room was quiet and the staff was accommodating. Well done, Team SMI!!

I only interacted with staff during checkin. Checkin went smoothly. The room was basic and well appointed. The king-sized bed was comfortable. There were a small sofa, coffee table, a larger mini-refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a blow dryer, and a desk and chair. I didn’t try the microwave, coffee maker, or blow dryer. I didn’t try the television, but it looked nice. The lighting and HVAC worked well. I didn’t use it, but the heat light in the bathroom would be handy on a cold morning. I could walk to Sofia’s for huevos rancheros in about two minutes.

Tired decor, cleaning issues including a cockroach in the bath, coffee maker but no coffee, pool is a building site and not operational, bird nest in the area outside the laundry with droppings on the stairwell, signs advertised breakfast but none available or provided. Good location, free parking.

The inn is centrally located, directly across the street from several very nice restaurants and a Dollar store. The staff at the main office was extremely pleasant and efficient. Parking is easy and the price makes this an excellent choice!

This is an older hotel at a lower-than-average price. The staff are helpful and the room was large and everything was in working order. If you don’t mind a little dust and age, you will enjoy the stay. Note that a pool is advertised online but is bone dry.

It is an old hotel that's getting renovated. The rooms have been renovated and have a nice decor along with refrigerator freezer, cook top, kitchen sink, microwave, Direct TV. Big rooms that are nice for long stays. Nice shower, bathroom, and vanity. It is a WIP but they are getting there.

Staff was nice but here were the issues. Missing sheets. Water damaged ceiling was bulging down several inches. 2 dead cockroaches and 1 dead beetle. I still stayed the night because you get what you paid for. I won't come back though.

Though this property has not been updated in 30 years, it is comfortable and fun. However, I am not at all picky and I was troubled that there were spiderwebs across the bathroom door in my room. There is no pool at this property. Even though it advertises a pool, it looks like it hasn't been filled in a very long time. The bed was comfortable except for the fact that it just had a cotton spread on it instead of a fitted cover. That spread underneath the sheet moved whenever I moved and became clumped up and extremely uncomfortable. It would not take much effort to make this place a whole lot nicer.

The room was decent. The bed was stiff and not super comfy but it’s what you get for the price. The shower had good water temp and pressure. It was bowed and pulling away from the wall. The whole place needs a remodel but I’d rather have the good rates than something fancy.
