“Really great experience overall. Place is safe in the neighborhood. Convenient to fast food and Walmart. Helpful staff and real clean hotel and it was reasonable price. Only thing was that upon entering our room, toilet tissue paper was not stocked and had to ask for it at the front desk. Other than that, would recommend staying here again. ”

“Comfortable bed, with nice bedding. Inexpensive, and met our needs for an overnight stay, conveniently located near the interstate. ”

“I travel quite a bit, and this was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, bar none. The proprietess was kind and friendly. Would definitely return.”

“Had one of the best life experiences. With reservation and after a long day, we arrived almost at midnight to check in. Around 10 were next to the building’s door drinking, smoking and had high volume music. At check in, we were told the room was dirty, the receptionist was kind to drop tasks, grabbed a mop and went to get it cleaned. Waiting, we met a cop that was excited to have a side hustle providing security to the hotel. He explained the people outside had no place to live, therefore lived……

“If you understand you are paying a low price for an okay room, it is fine. A couple things did not work right when we arrived, but they did take care of them immediately and the rest of the week was fine. The employees were very friendly and nice to talk with. The A/C filters had not been cleaned in quite a while, but they did clean them as soon as I brought it to their attention. Breakfast was provided in the lobby. It was convenient and consistent each day. If you want something……

“Very cost efficient and the beds appeared to be clean but the head of the bed is lower than the foot making it awkward. For the price everything was really decent. Floors needed more cleaning! ”

“Only thing wrong was for breakfast there was juice coffee and little donuts. Should have cereal and toast at least. ”

“Hostess was very responsive. Our families had a great stay while visiting for a family wedding in Soddy Daisy. The property is so unique with the walking trail around the lake. Very spacious and well-suited for several families to gather.”

“I loved the size of the unit that we stayed in, especially with kids. So much more roomy than a normal hotel room. Also, really enjoyed the courtyard area. It was nice to sit by the fire pit and relax while the kids played. Only thing I was not a fan of was the beds. Our beds were a bit broken down. Overall, though it was a great stay!”
