“We absolutely loved our stay at the Rival! Michele and Sveda were so helpful and lovely. We stayed in the penthouse suite which had beautiful views of the park snd surrounding area and was gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was remarkable. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. Loved the history as a theater and the artwork. Highly recommend for a great stay in Stockholm!!”

“The room is clean and not new. There will be no air flow without the window. No wifi in the room. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Two rooms share a bathroom which is clean but slippery when you shower with shampoo. The toilet is noisy. It takes 5 to 10 minutes walk to the closest metro station. The hotel location is very good that only 1 to 2 station to the centre and main tourist points. The reception is nice that he is helpful with all our queries. “Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. Location is good, private parking (They call garage here) is just right behind connecting to the hotel. Distance to downtown is about 15mins. ICA store is just located opposite at the corner, very convenient. Overall feelings are excellent. Very cost justified. Will stay again for sure in our next visits.”

“We originally wanted to stay closer to the central station, as we had spent a few days in Gothenburg and had taken the train to Stockholm (highly recommended).However, because the Swedish transport system is cheap, very clean and convenient we decided to stay slightly further out. We decided against the sister hotel (Glashus) as it looked a little too modern and came across the Malmgård, a nice little hotel with an interesting history, in a quiet neighbourhood. Friendly staff.
