Best Western Palmyra Inn & Suites

10/10 Excellent

"The staff here were wonderful. The first night our AC unit didn't seem to be working and I told them about it the next morning. They got it taken care of and worked great for the rest of our stay. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and nobody was grumpy about my kids being rather high energy in the morning. Our needs were well met and I appreciated that our curtains worked better than most hotel rooms at blocking out light so my kids could get to sleep before the sun went down. Breakfast was nice with a good number of options. I also appreciated that the hotel is in a really quiet, beautiful area!"

"The stay was absolutely perfect. The house was beautifully decorated, incrediblely comfortable, had every thing we needed. The beds were cozy, the out door space was fantastic, water access and water equipment. It was a home away from home. The views were stunning. The Host was lovely herself."

"All was great and they let us check in a hour early. Cool remodeled vintage house with plenty of room. Plenty of parking and within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Just so you know, there is no street of shops. Just one souvenir type store attached to restaurant. If I have to nit-pick, the front porch was big with plenty of seats, but very dirty. Has not been cleaned off recently, lots of tree debris and cobwebs. Also could use some shades in some rooms for privacy. But this is minor and I definitely recommend."

"This was one of 3 houses in the same neighborhood rented for a family reunion in Sodus Point. Location was perfect, as it was easy to walk to the other houses and into town. Nice to have the lighthouse right across the street as an attraction. This house was perfect for the family with 2 parents and four teens. The spiral staircase was not a problem for them. The place was very clean and cozy."

"We had a family get away with cousins and aunts and uncles. The place was adorable and welcoming. From the moment u walk in you can see how clean and tidy it is. The hosts were amazing and response communication was quick and amazing. There isn’t anything they hadn’t thought of to make the stay wonderful. We were amazed they even had first aide and an AED machine. Thankfully we didn’t need it but none the less Amazing. We all agreed we stay again. There’s so much to do on the point food entertainment and we love the beach. Thank you for a wonderful time .The Hopkins/ palmyra ny"
