“I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming.
The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.”

“This boutique hotel was very comfortable to stay in and the staff was really friendly and responsive to your needs! Was able to get upgraded to a suite room and it was so cute and artistic! It is about 15-20 minutes away (walking and public transportation) from the main tourist sites and areas and we do not mind! Overall wonderful stay here and would totally recommend! ”
