“House was great! We had an intimate gathering of some friends before a wedding and we loved the house and location. You’re just steps away from Cardiff and a short ride from Encinitas. The house had plenty of room to sleep and we utilized the grill and the kitchen. If I needed to stay in Cardiff again, would happily set up here again!”

The rental is as described and was a wonderful place for us to gather as a family. And of course, you can't beat the California sunshine!”

“Tracy was amazing to deal with! The home was beautiful and worked perfect for the six of us. Neat clean, easy access in and out. The front sitting area was perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dollhouse was enjoyed by our two grandbabies, and the fire pit was comfy and easy to use. The sitting area in the back was perfect in the afternoon to rest in. Beds were comfortable and plenty of clean towels available. We definitely would love to stay here again.”

“yes, its pet friendly. there is no fence but there is easily could be. the location is awesome. Park you car and walk everywhere. the only negative I could give is the one bathroom is very dated. shower/tub is pretty small faucets are pretty pathetic. But everything else was awesome. ”

“We booked for our yearly girls' trip sans husbands and kids. This was the perfect place for it! We spent lots of time in the pool and jacuzzi, checked out local eateries, and lounged to our hearts' content! We encountered a couple of issues that were quickly resolved, as Nick was always available and responded quickly.”
