“Clean and cozy little cottages in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We rented both for 5 family members over 3 days. Close to restaurants and Sonoma Plaza. Next time we will explore the hiking. Hosts were easy to contact prior. Amenities were basic yet sufficient. If you rent the smaller cottage, it has a tiny shower definitely not for the big guys in your group. ”

“This has to be one of the nicest places we've ever stayed! Set on a gorgeous, forested property in a beautiful neighborhood of winding streets and stunning homes canopied by stately old growth trees, the Guest Cottage is, simply, perfection. Bright, beautiful, cozily-appointed, with beamed ceilings, great light, big, airy rooms, and plenty of places to put things, it's easy to enjoy the space, and just BE. There wasn't a thing we could think of that the owner had missed or left out;……

“The space is exactly as advertised. Bring sandals to go between the loft and the studio and to get out to the hot tub!The views from the hot tub were top notch. The studio doesn't have its own heating element and we found it a bit cold so we slept in the loft, but if you're going to need both keep that in mind. There isn't a dedicated spot to dry dishes either so know that. Overall we loved the location, the host was nice and communicated well with us. Thank you!”

“The cottage itself was exactly as pictured inside, and it’s in a nice neighborhood. However, we were a bit surprised by the backyard situation, which was the main reason we booked. The property details said it was a “private hideaway,” but the cottage is located behind another house, and much of the yard shown in photos is actually shared. We also learned at check-in that the jacuzzi is shared with the other house, though fortunately no one else used it during our stay. The jacuzzi was old and……
