We had an amazing time in Napa celebrating birthdays! The home was perfect for us—centrally located, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The host was responsive and available for any questions, which made our stay even smoother. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Property Close to Downtown Napa

The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Location was very convenient to downtown Napa with easy access to the entire valley. CC was very helpful in identifying local wineries and attractions to visit.

Great spot close to downtown

We enjoyed our stay as a jumping off point to the wineries and other activities in the area. Downtown Napa was a short walk. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Cozy and near downtown Napa

The property was perfect for what we needed and the location is great too being just a few blocks away from downtown Napa. The owner/host was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our trip! Definitely recommend!

Great Place!

Nice cottage, comfortable beds, great kitchen, beautiful yard with lots of seating options, tons of flowers in the yard. Parking was easy at the house but you can also walk to downtown Napa.

Perfect spot for wine tours

Exactly as advertised. Perfect location to hit restaurants in Napa and easily accessible to all the vineyards. Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to everything but off the main street so it was a quiet safe location. Great place for all of our celebrations!!

What a great place to stay in Napa!The home was very well-equipped, plenty of space, everything you need for a visit to Napa. The location is excellent, clode to stores, Starbucks, a great diner/bakery, walkable to the downtown/riverfront area. The host was very helpful with info about restaurants and activites nearby. Overall, it was a great experience.

Very comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. The pics and descriptions are accurate. Convenient to downtown Napa. Nice welcoming surprises! CC the property manager had great recommendations, was always available and went above and beyond to be helpful. She’s also a really person who helped make our trip a pleasure.

Great Time in Napa

We stayed for two nights to visit a few wineries with our daughter. The house was great. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked with every pot or pan and utensil imaginable. Outdoor grill worked great. And we walked to the river and restaurant area one evening due to the convenience. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was great and recommendations on restaurants and wineries was very helpful too.

Exceeded expectations

We loved the property! We were looking for something relatively close to downtown Napa and this spot did not disappoint! Very well appointed! Comfortable beds! Extras like games, a cooler, etc Our favorite thing about this property was the help of our host! She made winery and restaurant suggestions that made our Napa experience! We would not hesitate to return!

Couples Trip to Napa

Our competitive rental site canceled one week before our trip so we had to scramble to find another booking. Booked this one week out and our host was EXCEPTIONAL! Good location close to downtown Napa (15-20 min walk). Home is well stocked. Host recommendations and responsiveness were what made the experience great. It should be noted this property is on the bottom floor and there is a tenant upstairs that you could hear walking around.

Favorite Place To Stay In Napa

The experience staying here was one of the best i've had on VRBO so far. The host was amazing, and she treated us like we had been friends for years. She gave us great recommendations on where to eat, and it was walking distance to a nice little cafe to get some breakfast. There was Chandon champagne chilled upon arrival, and ghirardelli chocolates which added to the romantic aspect of the trip. It's the little things that matter! The photos don't do it full justice. The bed was very comfortable and my girlfriend and I both slept great. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Napa as it had a great location, and the house itself was very clean and well stocked. Can't wait to visit again!

Nice place but wish we’d known

This is a very nice, convenient place to stay in Napa. However, in the description of the property, no where does it indicate that this property is a first floor of a house in which there is a second ‘property’ on the second floor of the house. The sounds and activities of the people on the second floor were quite loud and noticeable. Additionally, the description of the property makes no mention that the second (very tiny) bathroom is at the far end of the house from the bedrooms and that it is essentially next to the back door. The inconvenience of that placement is something that had we known might have influenced our decision to choose this property. While we appreciated the responsiveness and help of our host and found the property clean and well stocked, these issues were concerns.

First floor of a two-story house

When I first read the listing, I thought it was a standalone house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. While it is indeed a house, the rental is actually the bottom floor of a 2-story home. Inside, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with the second bathroom located in what appears to be an addition to the main structure. Though you don’t have to go outside to access it, it was a bit unexpected in terms of layout.There is only one dining table that is limited — there’s a small table for two, with a pull-out extension that could accommodate a third person. That said, since we didn’t cook during our stay, it wasn’t a major issue for us.I rated the stay 4 stars overall. One key reason is that it wasn’t a standalone house. I was very grateful the upstairs unit wasn’t occupied during our visit. This meant we didn’t have to deal with potential noise above us or share the outdoor patio table, which is a shared space.On the plus side, the owner was extremely responsive, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time — the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were wonderful! The unit was also well-stocked with thoughtful amenities like multiple hair dryers, paper towels, spices, and other basics that made the stay more convenient.All in all, the four of us had a good time, but the space does feel better suited for two people rather than four. I’d happily stay here again for a girls’ trip, but it was a tight fit for two couples.

Napa with my daughters!

Our property manager was by far the most helpful in every aspect of our trip. She helped with winery recommendations and reservations as well as restaurant suggestions. The property was beautiful and in an amazing location. I highly recommend if you’re ever in need of a place e to stay in Napa!

Great experience

Just as described. This is a cute, older property but has all the amenities you need. Walking distance to downtown Napa and a Walmart very close also. Owner was very easy to reach and helped with winery & restaurant recommendations. We had a great time!
