VILLA VENERA - Amazing Holiday House

  • The villa is characterized by the presence of a large pool, large veranda, large open spaces, private parking and is surrounded by greenery. Inside the villa offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two sitting rooms, dining room and equipped kitchen. The villa is characterized by extensive outdoor areas. The pool area flanked on one side by plants and by other by a garden with lawn and plants. Proceeding around the villa, a service available to guests with outdoor shower, changing room and a second room with washing machine use. Following you meet a further covered porch, with a cooking area of masonry, stone barbecue.

What a beautiful villa with an amazing pool! The villa was close to the supermarket and we had everything we needed for a fun family holiday. Andreas was a great host and brought more fans when we needed them. We’d definitely recommend this villa!!

Andrea place is so beautiful and quiet that we stayed ladt year and came back this year everything you could need in a home kids love it and definitely going back next year mcdonalds was on 15 min drive and shops not to far away i would suggest in hiring a car

Très grande maison bien située

Immense maison avec beaucoup d'intimité pour 2 couples, petites maison à côté avec salle de bain, vraiment bien située pour visiter syracuse, ragusa, m Noto Modica , Ispica , Catane et l'Etna. Andrea très sympathique, grande piscine bref le paradis!

Ein tolles, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt

Die schöne, große Villa ist außerhalb gelegen und bietet viel Fläche für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Grundstück ist toll angelegt und bietet verschiedene Terassen, Pavillons, Grillbereich etc. Der sehr nette Vermieter Andrea hat uns mit guten Ausflugstipps versorgt und war immer gut erreichbar. Bon séjour

Tout s'est très bien passé. La communication avec Andrea est très bonne. La piscine est incroyable. Les espaces sont nombreux et très agréables. Les points à améliorer ds le futur : avoir plus de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine et peut-être installer une climatisation. Nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur mais en cas de temps très chaud, elle sera indispensable.

Nice House very well located

Beautiful and quiet place, amazing pool ! Location is perfect to visit Syracuse and South East of Sicily. 1h driving from the Etna and 45mn from Catania. I recommend the place also because of the kindness of Andrea, the owner.

Schönes, großes Objekt, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und in das Objekt eingewiesen. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Vom Vermieter wurden und sehr nützliche Tips über Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Insgesamt können wir das Objekt weiterempfehlen.
