"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"This property was an amazing base for our time in Salento. It is close to many fabulous places to enjoy the beautiful sea. It had good outdoor space and bbq facilities - though it would have been nice to have had some ‘lounging’ chairs outdoors. "I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

The 4th bedroom is in the garden 50 metres from the nearest entrance to the villa with no toilet.We had a very good holiday as we visited nearby towns and villages, walked along the coast and relaxed in the beautiful garden."
