"The location isn’t really convenient. Whenever we take a cab back, the driver would drive all the way down the road and make a U-turn back to drop us off. There’s not too many stores downstairs. "First, this is not a hotel. It's a property operated by the owner. So it doesn't have those hotel facilities. The property is located inside the West Lake (Xihu) scenery district. So it's quiet and walking distance to those West Lake must-see places. The owner is very friendly."
