"Everything was really thought out with the rooms and for a really great price! The only complaint that I have is that you can hear people walking above you in the rooms, so if you have little ones just be conscious if you are in an upper floor because the downstairs neighbor can definitely hear you! The rooms compete with a lot of luxury hotels I’ve been in that are way pricer, they come with mouth wash, face wipes, a towel for makeup, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, extra blankets, an ironing board, a hair dryer, a laundry basket, and in the kitchen all the dishes you can think of!"

"The staff were nice and the room was clean but when we got to the room the door wouldn’t shut and I had to figure out why myself, the worst part was that the shower drain was not cleaned and I had to remove the cover and declog it myself, and then the hot tub was soo loud if more then 2 people were in at at a time; making screaming and fart like noises."

"We found that the elevator frightened us each time we used it. Shaking and grinding sounds need an immediate inspection. We observed people who did not have keys waiting outside the pool to gain entrance as we left. Staff security could be improved. Tell us where you are remodeling.
