"This is regarding 5th floor. Conditions of toilets are terrific. Paint is peeled off on some places. Bath water is not good found some mud flowing through tap, not sure when was last tanks cleaned. Sofa conditions were poor. No toilet door mats / Tap water leaking/ muddy smell all over."
