We even got to see some Osprey. The hot tub sits great, so you can see and hear the river. I will come back again.”

“The house was huge, bigger than we expected. And though our young granddaughters did not stay overnight, they visited and the home had an abundance of toys and books for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen was super well-equipped. Washer and dryer easily accessible on the first floor. The master bathroom was lovely, large Jacuzzi tub and plush towels. The mountain views were spectacular. The only downside to the master bedroom was the row of windows had no shades or curtains. It was bright in there……

“This house is in a super handy spot! Close to the university, and on the crested butte side of town. We had plenty of space for all of us. Well stocked home with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to nice restaurants and right near a nice walking trail/hike. We would definitely stay again.”

My wife grew up a few hundred yards from this property, down near the river. We had a great time reminiscing with her, and listening to stories. The house has an incredible view of Sopris and Carbondale. The house was equipped with everything we expected. We would certainly visit again if we're in the Carbondale area.”

“Family weekend in the snow! We live in Texas but made the trip up to find some snow this spring. Big yard allowed the kids to play as much as they wanted. The beds were really comfy, kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Overall a very nice house in a convenient location to Gunnison, Almont, and CB. Would stay again for sure.”
