“The home was a nice place for our stay while visiting our son for his graduation from UC Davis. We also wanted to visit lake tahoe while here. The home was clean and located in a quite location. Has a nice view of the hills nearby and we saw deer, rabbits, quail , and plenty of turkeys every day.”

“What a great place to relax, visit and take quiet walks. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. We used the kitchen to cook and used the barbeque. The surroundings are breathtaking. The lake at Snowshoe Springs is a real treat. It was a little chilly for swimming when we were there but would be so much fun in the summer. Just a real wonderful long weekend. “House is beautiful, woodsy area, quiet and peaceful.Eight adults and two kids. There was plenty of room. Well stocked with kid stuff (dishes etc). There’s a great outdoor area, I wish we’d had more time to enjoy. The home is comfortable and no one complained about their bed. Score! The game room has tons of games, it’s own heater/ac and foosball table, ping pong table. No reason to be bored!! Definitely a great choice for anyone looking to get away!! ”

“Kim was incredibly responsive leading up to our rental dates and was also very accommodating to our needs as we were traveling with our young kids. She set out a pack n play and high chair for us which were in perfect condition and there were books and board games the kids loved. Check in was easy and the rental had everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the handwritten notes in the guestbook, such a nice touch. Highly recommend!”
