「My experience unacceptable, highly unprofessional treatment my family and I experienced during our recent stay at your establishment. On our final morning, we were subjected to repeated, unwarranted disturbances starting at 9:00 AM, when the front desk receptionist called our room three separate times to wake us. During these calls, we were falsely accused of generating noise and allowing children to run in and out of our room. Furthermore, we were informed that the manager intended to evict us...

「lots of dust in the vents and the first room we had had defective A/C」

「We had a late arrival and the night staff were so helpful and friendly. Very secure carpark with gated access and lots of CCTV in the carpark. The room was spotless and well decorated. The facilities in the room were great. The bed was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries and cereals and drinks. Will definitely be back again.」

「Kurzfristig gebucht, es war alles wie beschrieben. Zimmer waren sehr sauber.」

「Parfait」

「Very friendly reception and a clean, quiet hotel. Great for an overnight stop off when travelling back to the Shuttle in Calais.」

「Excellent rapport-qualité prix.」

「Bon rapport qualité-prix」

「Wunderbar.
