"1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time). 2. The hardware of hotel is good. 3. "Overall quite a comfortable stay. Pillows were too flat for liking. And perhaps due to the high volume of guests over the festive period, they didn't have extra pillows at request, and ran out of sugar sachets at breakfast. Shower was nice and warm, pressure was great."
