「The front desk clerk was friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was clean, quiet and very dark, which was what we needed for a good sleep. And the beds were very comfortable. There was only one towel despite the fact that we were four people booked in a quadruple room. And the wifi was not consistent, making it a challenge when ordering an Uber to the airport in the morning.」

「Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」
