「We postponed our stay because the renovation was supposed to take the place until 15.9. Unfortunately renovation was not finished and we were also bothered by drilling on the roof. No apology no compensation. The is no thermal water in the property as before. It was our last stay here.」

「The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. 「What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!!
We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!」
