“I came to the area for the first time, meeting friends who were here for a couple of months with their horses. Tammy met me at the house. It’s simple but nicely decorated. I had everything I needed. I had a small plumbing issue when the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain (it’s an old house) but Tammy and Jim were super responsive and got it taken care of quickly. I loved the privacy and setting. Beautiful area.”

“We had a great visit of family for mom's 89th birthday...great place to gather. We wanted mom to have the master suite, but that bed was too high for her...I had to "suffer" with that room :) Spent time hanging out on the back patio...birthday dinner at the Steak Out was excellent...another dinner at Tia Nita's Cantina was great pizza and beer (and sandwiches). A couple winery visits, tour of the Titan Missile Silo and a quick drive up to Parker Canyon Lake rounded out our time. We found……

“Linda was great! Her communications were proactive and very considerate. The place was immaculate. Great design and use of the space. Exactly what we were looking for (for comparison purposes) as we are here on a scouting trip considering Great Valley as a place to retire and looking at smaller condos/townhomes to buy. The most amazing thing: the view of the Santa Rita mountains!! Priceless!”
