“We rented this casita when in Litchfield Park for a wedding and family get together. It had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved having the coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There were snacks and bottled water, plus paper cups and plates for a snack. We made use of the iron and board before the wedding. It was quiet and the neighborhood was lovely. I would highly recommend this rental.”

“We were so pleased with the layout and space of the property. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the items you might need, and the beds were so comfortable. We were happy to be away from the hustle and bustle of a big city, yet minutes away from all the shopping centers you might need. We enjoyed the easy access to local golf courses, baseball spring training, entertainment in Phoenix (if you wish), casinos, you name it. I had a 4 mile walking route that allowed me to……

“This place was perfect for our visit to my grandparents who live in Sun City. Great location with respect to Sun City West. Comfortable beds. Nice that one room was set up with twin beds for my kids. My 89 and 92 year old grandparents were able to get out of the house and visit with us in the back yard on the porch. A nice change of scenery for them where they could interact with my kids while they played. Plenty of space for our 3 generations to stay. Would book again!”

“Just spent 6 night, 5 days at this amazing home. Check in and communication with the owners was easy and smooth. Since we were there for My Sons Graduation from MMI/UTI we had friends n family flying in and out the whole time due to various schedules. The home is about a 36 min drive from the airport. The home had plenty of space for us all inside and out. We had our 2 dogs with us and they enjoyed it as well. We loved the orange trees too. My Son had the height n long arms to reach them for……

“We stayed the weekend for an Anniversary celebration and it was just what we expected. Love the retro decor. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. It had all the necessary amenities, we did not have any pets but I can see how this would really work for someone with pets.”

Wi-fi was non existent, bedroom tv did not work well, dvd didnt work at all, living room had only basic channels, towel holder on glass kept falling off. Needs a power strip on nightstands for easy cpap machine or phone charger plug ins. Didn't get to swim, but looks really nice. Quiet, safe, new neighborhood. It was a nice stay once we got over the few challenges.”
