Beautiful single-family house "Leonardo". In the centre 50 m from the centre of Sorico, 60 km from the centre of Como, 47 km from the centre of Lecco, 350 m from the lake. Private: property 100 m2 (fenced) with courtyard, parking on the premises. Shop 50 m, supermarket 4 km, bus stop "(Linea Como-Menaggio-Colico)" 50 m, railway station "Colico" 8 km, grass beach 350 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Marina 900 m, golf course (18 hole) 30 km, surf school 300 m, cycle lane 350 m. Nearby attractions: cycle path Sorico- Domaso 250 m, Chiesa San Miro. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Pian di Spagna. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lebensmittelhandel mit Bäcker und Metzger gleich nebenan. Perfekt. Natursteinhaus angenehm kühl im Sommer. Nur das Internet ist sehr schlecht. Ansonsten perfekt.

schöne Woche in Sorico

Ferienhaus sehr schön - für zwei Erwachsene und 1 Kind ideal, allerdings wird es unterm Dach sehr heiß - dort ist nur in kleines Dachfenster - Möbel im Hof - nur Hartplastik - keine Auflagen für die Liegen- relativ laut durch die Hauptstrasse- Vermieter spricht nur italienisch - Verständigung ist dehalb etwas schwierig - aber alles in allem ein schönes gemütliches Häuschen - super ist die Nähe zum See (5 Min Fußweg)
