「Fabulous place to stay . Lovely rooms . Situated 5 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes away from the back . Nick the host so helpful , recommended places to get breakfast ( can recommend the cafe Gro , fabulous coffee and food ) Would stay here again . Lovely. Thanks Nick we loved it . Janet 」

「Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. When the dish came i was given an extra small portion of chips😁 its the little things that make a difference. Quiet at nights no...

「This was a gem of a find just steps from the firth at Irvine. Lots of little shops nearby and a huge shopping mall just a 10 minute walk away. 」

「No toilet paper and other amenities refill, been talked to the staff a few times and get ignored about bath tub stopper no one come and check or fix and unable to help us change the room. The hotel charged twice and still cannot get a refund… bad experience ever! 」
