Get the room with the view, fabulous view, and a big terrace. Good breakfast room, and was an easy walk to downtown. I thought the walk back was going to be a little hard, but was easy. Very relaxing atmosphere, and nice and quiet at night. I would recommend as a place to stay. There was a parking lot within 25 metres.

Overall a great B&B concept, great breakfast, easy 10 minute walk to the Center, easily catch a cab back up, if you do not like air conditioning and you want to leave the window open the road below is noisy! But you get used to it we spent 4 nights.

The property is lovely with the orange and lemon trees. Rooms are clean and fresh and very comfortable. Anna was very accommodating providing breakfast at an earlier time on two requested dates. 10 minute walk to the Piazza Tasso.

My husband and I stayed at The Lemon Factor for 10 marvelous nights! The setting is gorgeous and the owner, Anna, and her daughter, Laura, took care of our every need with grace and genuine care. The view from our amazing junior suite balcony was breathtaking! We give The Lemon Factor our highest recommendation.

Fantastic place! Our room was bright, comfortable and spotless clean. Good and tasty breakfast choice. Owners were very friendly and helpful and only 10 minute walk to town. Will definetly stay here again

Beautiful and immaculately clean! Lovely and helpful staff. Breakfastb was wonderful location is near all. Renting a scooter is helpful as the walk back uphill can be daunting in the summer heat.

Peaceful oasis not too far from center

First uphill hike from train station can be scary on busy narrow roads. Taxi with luggage might be easier, but pricey with no price controls in this area. After a couple nights, we were so glad we were at Lemon Factor instead of in a busier more central location. The kitchen and breakfast are nice, especially if you can meander over to it in slippers from your room. Freshly squeezed orange juice is a bonus.

Living among the Lemon Trees

We had an amazing stay. The Hotel is a 12-14 minute walk into town. It was over 90 every day but we managed to walk. Owner maintains the property and rooms. They are in excellent condition. Owner does not speak English but we communicated with IPhone translation App. Her daughter speaks English and is available by WhatsApp to answer questions. Owner recommenced a restaurant up the street. De Phillpa. A family owned and run restaurant . Food and service were great and they were willing to make my dishes salt free. There is a playground and an occasional dog or kittens wandering through the dinning area. Lots of locals eat here. Piano player every night.

First of all this was our last city in Italy for our vacation and it was beyond what i was expecting. I read thru all the reviews and still decided to go with the Lemon Factor. And boy, was i right to have picked this place. Our room was the one with a big balcony and the view was beautiful. Anna and Laura were very helpful and answered some of my questions. Also now this place is at least 20 mins from the train/bus station. Im saying 20 because the gps will say 11 mins but that hike up or down is going to make it a whole 20 mins lol! But once you get up there and you see the view its well worth it. Theres 2 grocery stores on your way up there. Stop grab some stuff if you need to. Theres a couple of restaurants around which we tried and was fabulous. Also the breakfast they serve is a continental breakfast and was yummy and filling. Them croissants were divine and i miss them 😩! Overall i will be back coz im already planning next years trip there.

O hotel fica numa propriedade super agradável. o quarto tem um bom tamanho e uma varanda. A proprietária Ana muito simpática, dá boas dicas locais. Tem estacionamento. Só tem um pouco de barulho da avenida próxima, mas não exagerado. O café da manhã é razoável. Tem uma cachorrinha que anima o ambiente.

A place to remember!

We had an amazing stay at Anna and Pino's. Both were very friendly and helpful. We cannot thank them enough for all the efforts they've made to make us feel at home. The B&B is very well decorated and extremely clean thanks to Anna's hard work. The breakfast is good with local pasteries and home made cakes. Location wise, the lemon grove is within 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. Cherry on top, the view from the room 3 was amazing!

The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly Nothing was too much trouble Whilst it is only a short walk into the town it is a steep hill back to the property. However there is an excellent restaurant 200 metres away called Da Fillipo

We had made the mistake of not taking a taxi to this B&B and started walking with the luggage. We could t walk that far with the bags so we called and they send Anna to pick us up. This place is immaculate. Profoundly clean and lovely!

A fresh new place to stay in Sorento!

Clean, comfortable rooms with nice views, and the owners could NOT have been more helpful. Besides the small things like dinner recommendations and reservations, I was able to get a lot of help navigating the confusing process for getting a prescription filled.

I have never seen a place this clean. This is the perfect accommodation if you want to visit Sorrento, It is just a 10 min walk from the centre, and it offers private parking which is a huge plus. Immersed in a lemon grow field, it is so peaceful and relaxing. Anna, the owner, is the perfect host, such a lovely and kind woman, always ready to help. We couldn't be happier with our stay in Sorrento.

Sup urban area of city center.

The only problem is the parking which is difficult and going out from gate which is narrow and bend from park site . Host is nice and I like the environment there in the lemon garden but I prefer staying in city zone.
