"Our stay here was lovely. The place was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful (and the hairdryer in the room was better than my one at home). The cut through made it a really easy walk to the shops, bars & restaurants and station and there was a shuttle available too. "The Apartment was in a good location, short walk to the city center for shopping and restaurants. Also, it is one block away from the train and bus station which was really convenient for a day trip to Positano and Train transfer back to Naples for our flight out. Stefanie and Amelia were very helpful! They offered for us to drop our luggage off early so we did not need to wait until our check-in time to explore the city. I will say that there is a bar next door and the music was a little loud...

"Pros: The hotel has a nice sea view and easy access to a swim area on the beach. It’s a short walk if you want to take a ferry to Capri or any of the Amalfi coast towns and not a far walk from the train station. Cons: The room came with a massive Jacuzzi tub that we wouldn’t use. The shower was extremely small due to the massive tub. Also, the iron was difficult to use as they have it attached to ironing board so you have less than a foot of cord to work with. Breakfast would’ve been better if they offered cooked bacon as the bacon they put out was raw."

"Lovely stay for four nights. The hotel is a short flat walk into the town of Sorrento (17-20 mins). The hotel also offers shuttle which is handy if you are going out for the night and have your heels on. Breakfast was lovely, everything you would expect of a 5 star hotel buffet breakfast. The rooms are spacious. We had a balcony room overlooking the sea which was beautiful but having a garden facing room you wouldn’t be disappointed. The garden is also very beautiful. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends and family."

"We traveled to Sorrento for my friends birthday and our stay was amazing! The hotel is on a great safe location within walking distance to the town square. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. It definitely gives that old money feeling. The staff it’s amazing they all act pleased to assist. Thank you so much for your hospitality"

"A beautiful hotel in a great location, 12 min walking distance to the city of Sorrento. Rooms are beautiful, modern and recently renovated, so everything is brand new. The pools are gorgeous and refreshing, with nice sundecks in the pools, free cabana beds, and plenty of seating with umbrellas. My only complaint is lack of an adults only area. There were a lot of screaming kids with parents who couldn’t care less about their behavior. There is a great kid zone area at the opposite end of the pool entrance, so parents are unlikely to discover it. There is a pavilion with kids activities and two pools perfect for children. The pool attendants should encourage parents with children u see 10 to head to this area, because everyone would be much happier. Staff at the front desk are accommodating and very responsive. The breakfast is amazing, with a delicious array of local favorites as well as fresh pressed orange juice. There is also a cute kids breakfast zone where they can serve themselves. The botanical garden is a lovely place to take photos, as well as the rooftop at sunset. "

"One of the great stays in Sorrento. The view is incredible especially if you’re facing the sea. Service is good and I love the lift straight down to the beach. There are very small details that the hotel needs, eg bottle opener, maybe a side table in the sofa area. These are just minor details that won’t really affect the actual stay majorly. The bathroom and bed everything else is fantastic! The hotel opened just about a month ago, I do hope they will continue to improve and maintain the property as I’d love to come and stay again 😊"
