The property is well maintained. The workers who take care of landscaping and plants are doing an amazing job. However; they should improve in things like bringing drinking water, toilet paper, taking care of trash in a timely manner; the wait time after we asked for a drinking water, and toilet paper and a pair of fresh towels was four hours…. What makes them get those necessities in such a long time? Also, they should continue being nice and polite after the customer said their firm “no” to buying rental properties. After I said my “thank you, but no” to their request to buy their 10 year vacation property membership; they turned cold and unresponsive. Even the food was not prepared that well. They should learn to accept “no” with grace and respect. Please teach them that.

Overall a good stay. Please be fluent in spanish because of language barrier. Electricity consistently goes out. Bring firestick and itenary is of upmost importance

As I arrived to property was told on Expedia my check in time was 8am arrived at property and they said check in time is 3pm first room didn’t have 2 king size beds had 1 and 2 twin beds when I requested 2 king beds 2nd room didn’t have enough towels shower head broke off in one of the bathrooms no one came to fix it after told beautiful property but they need to do better with a few things especially company hrs you can’t bring guest in after 12am and this isn’t in the contract when you book it
