「I loved staying here - such a pleasant surprise. Rooms are nicely updated, VERY comfy beds, perfect location in Vail village, but the best part was the staff. Every person was so friendly; they chatted with us, offered amenities I did not even think to ask about, and just made our stay wonderful. We’ll definitely stay here next summer」

「Great place for a family of 5. We had a few miner issues with the room but over all it was great stay. The breakfast place was awful. Messed up our order and two people came over and there was no apology from either staff. Not to mention food was terrible.」

「The hotel is situated very close to the Vista Bhan gondola and it's the most convenient and affordable hotel offering a true ski in ski out experience. They do their best to create the truly Austrian ambiance which Vail was originally designed to replicate. In some ways the hotel is showing it's age but they do their best to maintain the elegant nature of this cozy boutique hotel.」

「The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.」

「No AC. That’s not generally bad in CO. Got a bottom floor and the screen didn’t work. So, slept in the heat with bugs. I’d say it wasn’t that great.」

「We got a surprise $45 charge for parking our car in the half empty parking lot that was not disclosed on Expedia as they said all fees were included in the price」
