“Inez welcomed us like family and couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean, modern and the bathroom and shower were excellent. To be able to walk straight from the room into the lovely garden and sit by the pond and mill stream was so special. It was the most peaceful place to spend the night.”

“We had a nice one-evening stay at a very casual and beautiful home. A few things could be fixed up like loose door handles and such, but overall very cozy and welcoming. I would definitely stay again.”

“This property was fantastic. Great views. We had to leave early the next day and the staff dropped off a basket full of breakfast foods for us to take with us and prep before leaving as the buffet would not be open when we departed. Beyond what was expected of them.”

“Big bed, large bathroom- spotless. Staff helpful and friendly Amazing view for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was ample and went down a treat. Pool looked amazing but had no time to try. Air in that area refreshes the lungs and very beautiful surroundings. Thank you.”

“OMG what a beautiful place to stay. The hotel character is unique and the hosts are so welcoming. We only stayed one night but wished it was longer. The dinner was amazing with fresh caught langoustines. The idyllic setting makes this hotel a place to simply relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portugal.”

“Beautiful hotel and vibe! Good location, right next to the university. Breakfast is carefully curated with home made cake etc but there wasn’t a lot of variety. Parking was a pain given the hotel is situated on top of the hill surrounded by narrow roads that are parked with cars, but one can manage with help. ”
