「There is no doubt that this is one of the better hotels in Sousse. However, having stayed in many hotels, I felt it fell short of what I would expect from a five star property, particularly one carrying the Marriott name.
The room service and overall customer service were disappointingly slow. On several occasions I had to ask multiple times before simple requests were completed, which took away from the overall experience.
The breakfast was average at best. It was convenient, but I would not...
「Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. 」

「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」
