Nice pool(s) and very easy access to a beautiful beach with umbrellas and beds (the beach does have some harmless jelly fish to be aware of). It's a nice hotel, but not a 5 star. The room was nice, and the hotel location is ok, but unfortunately the hotel internet didn't work the majority of the time....which was very frustrating. Also a few room issues, maintenance is very slow to respond and calling the front desk often had no answer on the other end.

Staff was very nice. Lobby and swimming pool area were very nice. Fridge and electric mirrors in the bathroom not working. They should focus on maintenance. Our room was very noisy. We had to put ear plugs in to be able to sleep.

Our room had a smelly bathroom and despite that we reported it several times they didn’t do anything! Also there was a strong detergent smell in the lobby as if they were have a sewage problem and tried to cover up the bad odor!

I had an amazing stay at Sousse Pearl Marriott Resort & Spa and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their professionalism and warm hospitality. A very special thank you to Wafa for her exceptional kindness and attention throughout my stay. Thanks to her, I received a wonderful room upgrade from a partial sea view room to a breathtaking full sea view room, which made my experience even more memorable. I would also like to thank Abir for her professionalism and welcoming attitude. The beach, the swimming pool, and the overall view were absolutely beautiful. The services were excellent from beginning to end: great food, attentive staff, impeccable housekeeping service, and a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-end stay in Sousse. Thank you again to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

There is no doubt that this is one of the better hotels in Sousse. However, having stayed in many hotels, I felt it fell short of what I would expect from a five star property, particularly one carrying the Marriott name. The room service and overall customer service were disappointingly slow. On several occasions I had to ask multiple times before simple requests were completed, which took away from the overall experience. The breakfast was average at best. It was convenient, but I would not recommend paying extra for it as the quality and variety did not justify the additional cost. I was also disappointed by the room categories. The difference between the “Partial Sea View” and “Sea View” rooms is minimal. Even the more expensive Sea View rooms do not offer a true full sea view, only a slightly better angle than the Partial Sea View rooms. Overall, it is a shame because the hotel has great potential and is one of the better options in the area. However, considering the premium price, it simply does not deliver the level of service and quality expected from a five star Marriott property.
